If you are traveling to the Costa del Sol region, you find several Malaga hotel options ranging from luxury, five star hotels to smaller more reasonably priced hotels. Malaga is beautifully situated along Spains southern coastline and has accommodations for every traveler. You will, definitely, be able to find the perfect hotel or accommodation to meet your vacation needs. Choices in Malaga hotels include traditional luxury hotels, old castles and basic, quality hotels. There are a few five star hotels in Malaga, offering amenities such as private beaches, pools health clubs, tennis courts, salons, saunas and spacious rooms. Some even have a casino on premises such as the Hotel Torrequebrada, for example, and many have a restaurant and bar on premises as well. The larger luxury hotels may even offer babysitting, twenty-four hour room service and laundry services. As expected, these five star rated luxury hotels are the more expensive accommodations for travelers to the "Costa del Sol" region. You may want to spend your vacation in an old restored castle. A few have been turned into hotels and have become popular for weddings and other larger group conferences. This is definitely a way to experience the areas history. If you love historic places and castles, this is definitely an option you may want to consider. There are several hotels in the area which are more reasonably priced and still provide quality accommodations. Many are located in the center of Malaga and, therefore, conveniently located close to public transportation. Some of these hotels date back to the eighteenth center and have been restored and decorated to reflect that time period when they were originally built. These hotels, of course, are less expensive than the luxury hotels described earlier as they offer the essential services but no additional amenities. These hotels are clean and comfortable and, particularly, suitable if you to not plan to spend a lot of time in your hotel but rather enjoying the town and attractions. Remember, the less you spend on accommodations the more money you have to enjoy the attractions and local fun. When looking for a hotel, consider your needs and the services and amenities you do want in your hotel. Also consider you budget and how much you are comfortably able to spend on accommodations. How long you are staying should be a factor in this decision. If you are staying less than one week, you may choose to spend more on your accommodations. If you are staying longer than a week, you may want to choose a more reasonably priced hotel to avoid the high per night rate of luxury hotels. Finally, read hotel reviews to get an idea of the hotels quality. Some online travel sites offer reviews written by former guests providing the perspective of those who have already stayed at the hotel. This is a good source of information. A little research spent in the beginning will help ensure you have a great vacation experience in Malaga and its Costa del Sol region.
Summer is the time that most people go on vacation. It is perfect because school is out and you take your vacation time when the weather is at its best. The whole family can go on vacation when it comes to the summer months, and youll find tons of options. There are lot of people who will take a cruise. Cruises happen to be the hot spot, because it has entertainment for the whole family and they offer a good time filled with laughter and relaxation. However, there is one problem with cruises and thats the weather. There are tons of things that nature can bring to you and your cruise, however, hurricane season is most of the summer. The hurricane season begins June 1 and runs through November 30.You may think that the cruise lines know more about the season then you, however, they do take a lot of chances. You will want to take the following information in consideration when you are booking a cruise in the summer. First, you should believe that the cruise line is not indestructible. People though the Titanic was unsinkable, and look what happened! Just because you want to have a good vacation or time, you have to realize that you may be putting yourself and your family in harms way. The Phantom in 1998 saw what nature can do during storm season. The ship and crew was lost because they ended up sailing directly into a hurricane. Fortunately, the passengers where dropped off on shore; it could have been a lot worse. The famous Carnival Cruise line has a lot of problems with the weather, hurricanes, and other troubles of the water. Although they do give you a lot of entertainment, cruise lines have no idea on how to protect you from the harm of nature. This is just a few stories, but you can find more online. You will want to take caution when booking a cruise, but its not necessarily something extreme. The line does have technology and skills that will help you to enjoy your time and come back safely. You will find that there are lot of cruises that come and go through out the summer and nothing really happens; however, there may be one or two from various lines that may run into a little trouble, but they overcome it. The best part about cruises is that you can get attractive discounts on cruises from August to December. You will find that most of the hurricane season is died and gone, and youll also get a cruise line price that fits into the smallest of budgets. You should just keep in mind the worst that you can expect. There are lot of storms that ships are able to sail through without any issues, but they use forecasts and predictions to allow them to avoid hurricanes. Most ships consider hurricanes a bother, but not a threat. They may make the ship go off course, and they may even cancel a part of the trip or departure of a location. Therefore, you should no that your reservation is not a promise or something written in stone. You should feel safe that there are no lines or captains that would ever put the crew or passengers in any grave danger. Any real threat will cause a cancellation and they wont hesitate to do so.When it comes to the cruises, you will want to do two things to minimize your risks. You first, will want to think about paying a large deposit without being told that youll be able to get your complete money back if the cruise doesnt happen. You also shouldnt have the weather ruin your vacation. You will always want to have backup plan so that your family isnt disappointed.

Needing to get some exercise after surgery my wife talked me into spending Sunday afternoon's visiting one of the parks in Tulsa. We were surprised to find over 150 parks spread across the city, from tiny neighborhood "mini-parks" to sprawling recreation areas with almost every thing imaginable. The Neighborhood ParksScattered across town in out of the way spots are small neighborhood parks sometimes with nothing more than an open area for kids to play football or baseball. Some will have a picnic table but they are generally small, quaint and very inviting for neighbors to gather and meet each other. With television, America's communities have grown distant, sometimes with neighbors barely knowing each other. The internet has exasperated the problem. It's not uncommon for someone to talk with people from a half-a-dozen different countries on a daily basis, online, but speak with their own neighbor once a week if even that frequently. These neighborhood parks help bring people together when our changing culture is working to spread them apart. The PlaygroundsTulsa has been referring to many of their parks as "playgrounds" not as a way of saying here's where kids can play, but to say here's where families can play. Typically the "playgrounds" include sports fields as well as play areas for kids often alongside picnic areas where parents can stay close and watch their kids. It's not too difficult to imagine the small children playing on the "Big Toy" while older kids play soccer, while dad joins in a game of baseball, while mom watches all of them from a picnic area strategically situated in the midst of the park. Tulsan's do like to play. The Community CentersOn a larger scale Tulsa has several Community Centers. These are parks that also have facilities for indoor recreation. The outdoor recreation is never neglected since Tulsa's Community Centers are almost always surrounded by good sized parks with a plethora of features. The buildings offer many events year round as well as being available for smaller private events. We've had family Christmas get-togethers for my wife's rather large family at a nearby Community Center. Some even have libraries on site or nearby making them a widely functioning civic point. The Regular ParksAnd of course there are the run-of-the-mill parks which offer the typical fields, woods, sports fields and picnic areas. Both the City of Tulsa and Tulsa County do a wonderful job maintaining them and you'll find clean, well kept areas for the typical recreational needs. In order to save the taxpayers' money many are situated next to schools so they can also be used as playgrounds, making the need for keeping them safe even more important. You'll find them exactly what you need for a friendly weekend softball game, group picnic or simply a place to stretch your legs. The Big ParksTulsa has always been a place that works toward large city efficiency with more of a small town friendliness. We pride ourselves on possessing Southern charm, Midwestern ruggedness and American ingenuity. There are other towns with bigger parks, but quantity isn't nearly as important as quality. From Riverparks to Mohawk park to Chandler park you can find someplace to enjoy your time outdoors with verdant woods, soft green fields, scenic jogging trails, beautiful flower gardens, enough to fill a whole lifetime. Visit one of Tulsa's parks and you'll see a family picnicking, a college student sprawled with his books beneath a shade tree, some more college students playing frisbee golf, kids laughing in a play area, couples walking along paths trying to decide which deserves their attention-the scenic view or each other, a rabbit frolicking amidst trees and rocks, kids playing a game of softball, people swimming in one of the many swimming pools or maybe someone by themselves, just enjoying the sunshine. It's all there waiting for you.
